What size should I order?
Your usual UK size. The cut is relaxed rather than fitted. If you are between sizes, size down for a closer fit or stay where you are for extra room. Full measurements are on the Size Guide.
Will it shrink in the wash?
Not if you wash it cool and keep it out of a hot tumble dryer. Bamboo viscose dislikes heat more than anything else. Cool wash, low or no tumble, and it holds its shape.
Can I use fabric softener?
Please do not. Softener leaves a coating on the fibre that blocks exactly the wicking you bought it for. The fabric is already soft and does not need the help.
What if it is not right?

Does the cooling pad need plugging in?
No. No cable, no battery, no water. The gel inside changes state as it absorbs heat and resets on its own at room temperature in about 15 to 20 minutes.
